Hardy Ultralite CA DD Fly Reel

The CA DD reel body is made from aerospace-grade 6061 bar stock aluminium for superior strength yet still keeping a lightweight feel.  The Ultralite fly reel has a stunning industrial design and its ultra large arbor is in keeping with the latest trends, its conical arbor giving incredible line pick up and reducing drag gain on the longest runs.  Providing fishers with a lightweight, finely tuned reel that is capable of subduing the most demanding freshwater species all over the globe.

With a 360° disc drag setting that can be seen at a glance as the coloured dots on the drag knob clearly indicate between a heavy drag (red) and lighter drag (green).  Most importantly the drag can be set from zero to maximum in just one turn of the knob.  The reel also features a captive spool release that makes using spare spools a easy.

The Hardy Ultralite CA DD fly reel is finished in a two-tone or one-tone Titanium and comes with a soft neoprene case. 

Additionally, this reel includes a captive spool release that allows you to change spools effortlessly.  The cap on the outside of the reel has been intelligently designed so it does not come all the way off when changing spools, giving you less chance of losing it.
